So what is diet?

What is nutrition? 

Nutrition is the process of consuming the proper amounts of nourishment and energy, an example of different types of nutritious for could be grains, fruits, and vegetables <a href=”https://www.yourdictionary.com/NUTRITION”>nutrition</a&gt;.

There was once a time where I my self was heavily over weight, I weighed 220 pounds and swore up and down that it was my genetic’s. The day I was Finally tired of looking and feeling the way I did my journey Began. I started with my circle of friends, which lead to me quitting smoking and socially drinking.
